వేతన సంరక్షణ ( P A Y P R O T E C T I O N):
📌 Pay Protection in Government Jobs
Pay Protection for AP Employees When a person works a regular government job & then gets picked again for a different one by the Public Service Commission, their new pay has to be sorted out so it’s not less than what they made before. This is called Pay Protection.
◇ Before, the Government of Andhra Pradesh brought out G.O. Ms. No. 105 on June 2, 2011. It gave Pay Protection to government workers & teachers.
Then on February 19, 2014, the united Andhra Pradesh government let out G.O. Nos. 45 and 46. They gave Pay & Service Protection perks to Panchayat Raj teachers and employees who started working between June 2, 2011, and December 31, 2013.
◇ But no new orders from the government (G.Os) have come out giving Pay or Service Protection for employees or teachers who began their government job on or after January 1, 2014, or will start in the future.
◇ If someone already in a government job gets picked for another one by the Public Service Commission (APPSC) or District Selection Committee (DSC) and leaves their current job, they will lose all the old job perks (like service seniority & pay scale advantages), unless they get pay/service protection.
◇ఒక ఉద్యోగంలో రెగ్యులర్ గా నియమించబడి ఉద్యోగం చేస్తున్న ఉద్యోగి, తిరిగి మరొక ఉద్యోగానికి పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్ ద్వారా ఎంపిక కాబడి నియమించబడిన సందర్భాల్లో వెనుకటి పోస్టులో అతడు పొందుతున్న జీతం కంటే తక్కువ కాకుండా కొత్తపోస్టులో అతని వేతనం స్థిరీకరించాల్సి ఉంది. దీనినే మనము వేతన సంరక్షణ (Pay Protection) అందురు.
◇గతంలో ఉద్యోగులకు, టీచర్లకు పే ప్రొటెక్షన్ కల్పిస్తూ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం తేదీ: 02.06.2011 నాడు GO 105 జారీచేసింది. తర్వాత… 19 ఫిబ్రవరి, 2014లో…. అప్పటి ఉమ్మడి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం 45, 46 నంబర్ జీవోలు ఒకేరోజు జారీచేసి 02.06.2011 నుంచి 31.12.2013 మధ్యకాలంలో ఎంపికైన పంచాయత్ రాజ్ టీచర్లు, ఉద్యోగులకు పే మరియు సర్వీస్ ప్రొటెక్షన్ల సౌకర్యాన్ని పొడిగించింది.
◇ 01.01.2014 నుంచి ఈరోజు వరకు ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగంలో చేరిన, చేరుతున్న, చేరబోయే టీచర్లు,ఉద్యోగులకు పే, సర్వీస్ ప్రొటెక్షన్ జీవోలు విడుదల కాలేదు.
◇ఉద్యోగం చేస్తూ సర్వీసు కమీషను ద్వారా గాని,జిల్లా ఎంపిక సంఘం(DSC) ద్వారా గానీ మరొక ఉద్యోగానికి ఎంపిక అయిన వారు తమ మొదటి ఉద్యోగానికి రాజీనామా చేసినయెడల వెనుకటి ఉద్యోగంలోని బెనిఫిట్స్ అన్ని కోల్పోతారు.
