జూన్ 6 నుండి జూలై 6, 2025 మధ్య ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రంలో ఉపాధ్యాయ నియామక పరీక్షలు ( MEGA DSC) జరగనున్నాయి రానున్న 30 రోజులకు అనుదినం 12 గంటల చొప్పున ప్రణాళిక రూపొందించుకోవాలి. అందుకు పుకరించే మెలకువలు తెలుసుకుందాం!.
గత ప్రశ్నా పత్రాలు ఎక్కువగా చూడడం వల్ల ప్రశ్నల సరళి ఎలా ఉంటుందో తెలుసుకోవచ్చు. కంటెంట్, సైకాలజీ, మెథడాలజీ, పర్స్పెక్టివ్ ఇన్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్(PE) ల కోసం ప్రధానంగా రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ పాఠ్య పుస్తకాలు బాగా చదవాలి, నోట్స్ తయారు చేసుకోవాలి.
సెకండరీ గ్రేడ్ టీచర్ కి కంటెంట్ మూడో తరగతి నుండి పదో తరగతి వరకు స్కూల్ అసిస్టెంట్ కంటెంట్ 6 నుండి 12వ తరగతి వరకు ఉన్న ప్రస్తుత సిలబస్ చదవాలి సైకాలజీ సబ్జెక్టులకు తెలుగు అకాడమీ పుస్తకాలను అధ్యయనం చేయాలి. ప్రిపరేషన్ పూర్తయిన తర్వాత పరీక్షకు పది రోజుల ముందు నుండి ప్రాక్టీస్ పేపర్లు సాధన చేయడం ఎంతో అవసరం అందులో ఏ సబ్జెక్టులో వెనుకబడి ఉన్నారో తెలుసుకొని వాటిపై ఎక్కువ దృష్టి పెట్టాలి
డీఎస్సీ పరీక్ష పూర్తిగా కంప్యూటర్ ఆధారితం కాబట్టి ఆన్లైన్ సాధన కూడా మొబైల్ లో కాకుండా కంప్యూటర్ పై చేయాలి. సాధారణంగా అభ్యర్థులకు సమయం దగ్గర పడుతున్న కొద్దీ భయం పెరుగుతూ ఉంటుంది. అటువంటి భయం లేకుండా సాధించగలను అనే నమ్మకంతో సాధన సాగించాలి రోజుకు అరగంట ధ్యానం యోగా నడక లాంటివి చేస్తే ఒత్తిడి నుండి విముక్తి పొందే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది
విద్యా దృక్పధాలు-PiE
ఇందులో ఎస్ జి టి కి 4 మార్కులు 8 ప్రశ్నలు, స్కూల్ అసిస్టెంట్స్ కి 5 మార్కులు 10 ప్రశ్నలు ఉంటాయి. భారతదేశ విద్యా చరిత్ర, ప్రాచీన కాలం నుంచి వర్తమాన భారతదేశ వరకు ఉన్న విద్యా విధానంలో మార్పులు కమిషన్లు, వివిధ సంస్థలు, యు జి సి ,ఎన్సీఈఆర్టీ ,ఎస్సీఈఆర్టీ, సీబీఎస్సీ, రాజ్యాంగ పరిమాణ అంశాలు, వివిధ విద్యాలయాలు, ఆదర్శ పాఠశాలల – ఏకలవ్య పాఠశాలల అంశాలు చదవాలి. ఉపాధ్యాయ సాధికారిక వర్తమాన భారతదేశంలో విద్యా హక్కులు – చట్టాలు ఎన్సీఈఆర్టీ – 2009 అందులో ప్రధాన సెక్షన్లు నిబంధన 21 (ఏ), 86వ రాజ్యాంగ సవరణ చట్టం, ఫోక్సో చట్టం 350(ఏ) ఆర్టికల్, ఎన్ సి ఎఫ్ – 2005 (జాతీయ పాఠ్యప్రణాళిక చట్రం), జాతీయ విద్యా విధానం – 2020, కస్తూరి రంగన్ కమిటీ సిఫారసులో 5+3+3+4 విధానం ముఖ్యమైనవి.
విద్యార్థుల్లో వర్తమానాంశాలు జోడించి చదవాలి. విద్యార్థుల ఆత్మహత్యల నివారణకు కేంద్రం చేపట్టే చర్యలు, విద్యా సంబంధమైన కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ పథకాలు, కమిషన్లు మొదలైనవి. ఉదాహరణకు ఈమధ్య సుప్రీంకోర్టు విద్యార్థుల ఆత్మహత్యల నివారణకు జస్టిస్ ఎస్. రవీంద్ర బట్ నేతృత్వంలో టాస్క్ఫోర్సును నియమించింది. తల్లికి వందనం, డాక్టర్ సర్వేపల్లి రాధాకృష్ణన్ విద్యార్ధి మిత్ర, డొక్కా సీతమ్మ మధ్యాహ్న భోజన పథకం, సురక్ష పథకం వంటివి చదవాలి.
Education Psychology
ఇందులో తరగతి గది అనువర్తిత (అప్లికేషన్) అంశాలు గమనించాలి . ఇందులో ఫ్యాట్స్ తో పాటు అప్లికేషన్ టైప్ ప్రశ్నలు అడిగే అవకాశం ఉంది. సైకాలజీకి తెలుగు అకాడమీ పుస్తకం, గత ప్రశ్నా పత్రాలు, ప్రాక్టీస్ బిట్లు చదవాలి. సైకాలజీ నిర్వచనాలు, అభ్యాసకుని వికాసం, వైయుక్తిక భేదాలు, మూర్తిమత్వం, ప్రజ్ఞా, బోధన శాస్త్ర సంబంధ అంశాలు, స్మృతి – విశ్ముతి, ప్రేరణ, అభ్యాసన బదలాయింపు, అభ్యాసన ఉపగమాలు, బ్రూనర్ సిద్ధాంతం, ఐసిటి – ICT, ప్రత్యేక అవసరాల పిల్లల విద్యా. ఈ అంశాలను గత ప్రశ్నాపత్రాలు పరిశీలించి అనువర్తితంగా చదవాలి.
Methodology – భోధన పద్ధతులు
మెథడాలజీ SGT కి సంబంధించి సైన్స్, గణితం, సోషల్, తెలుగు, ఇంగ్లీష్. స్కూల్ అసిస్టెంట్స్ కి సంబంధించి సబ్జెక్టు మెథడాలజీ చదవాలి. దీనికి తెలుగు అకాడమీ పుస్తకాలు బాగా ఉపయోగపడతాయి. స్వభావం- పరిధి- బోధన- ఉద్దేశాలు- లక్ష్యాలు- బోధన పద్ధతులు -మద్దింపు -మూల్యాంకనం- లెసన్ ప్లాన్స్- బోధనోపకరణాలు జాగ్రత్తగా చదివి సాధన చేయాలి. కంటెంట్ ఎస్జీటీ కి గాని స్కూల్ అసిస్టెంట్స్ కి గాని 40 మార్కులకు ఉంటుంది. అందులో ఉన్న ఇప్పటికే టెట్ సన్నద్ధత ఉంది కాబట్టి పాఠ్య పుస్తకాలు, మీరు రాసుకున్న నోట్స్ క్విక్ రివ్యూ గా చదివి సాధన చేయాలి.ఎస్జిటిలో గణితేతర అభ్యర్థులు గణితం పై ఎక్కువ దృష్టి పెట్టాలి. డీఎస్సీ ఉద్యోగాన్ని నిర్దేశించే ముఖ్య విభాగం కంటెంట్ అనే చెప్పాలి. ఇందులో గరిష్టంగా స్కోరు చేసుకున్నట్లయితే ఉపాధ్యాయ ఉద్యోగం మీ సొంతం అవుతుంది.
